My body's a zombie for you.

Last night we celebrated Halloween with our kiddos. It was a good time! They love Halloween. We put a lot of time & effort into throwing things together so we were all stoked when it wasn't a failure. We did normal party stuff like minute to win it games, a treasure hunt, scary stories, pinatas & cupcake decorating. Bailey & I unintentionally/intentionally scared a lot of kids with our costumes & I found a new love for Halloween. Now here are a lot of pictures of me making terrifying faces (thank goodness I have a lot of practice from all my time on the metro) & some of the cute kids.

$teven's costume was my favorite. Actually I just love everything he does. He is absolutely hilarious. 

We put up a lot of decorations but unfortunately I only got pictures of a few things. 

Earlier in the week I showed Maya what I was going to be for Halloween & she decided to change her costume so we would match. She is so dang cute.

Dance, Dance, Dance.

Here are some things that have happened in the last week.

-Finally went to Izmailovsky. It's an awesome place. It's antique heaven & the set up reminds me of Harry Potter & you know how I feel about Harry Potter.

-I cant sleep. Those who know me know I'm not good at sleeping at all BUT usually after three nights I can sleep one. That's not even happening these days. It's been nearly two weeks of this & I'm turning into a zombie

.-I snuck into my host families kitchen at one in the morning to snatch some food because I was starving & blini is life. It was really thrilling.

-It actually snowed for real towards the beginning of the week. Like build yourself a hefty snowman snow.

-I took a picture of one of my usual meals. White pasta & hedge hodge. Super delicious & the reason I'm getting fat. Sure eating carbs for three meals a day is fun & all but it's not good for the figure & I'm starting to loose my mind. 

-I went to another awesome mall which was extra awesome because it has a forever 21 & an H&M.

-I got my camera fixed.Well sort of. Anyways Syoma & I were playing around with it/trying to get it to work & he took this shot of me. It's kind of artistic.

-I found this terrifying picture of my nanny. The funny thing is I absolutely love her. She has the greatest sense of humor & makes the most delicious food.

-Syoma & I have been doing yoga every night. I'm so obsessed with him. Lately he is my best friend (aside from Bailey). We do everything together. 

-Baye & I were on a bus that got in a wreck. Well it squished another car. Everything was okay except it was awkward for us because we didn't know where to go or what to do since we obviously don't speak Russian.

-I went to a Mercedes Benz fashion show.It was strange & cool & so out of my element. We got invited by a sixteen year old who is 100x cooler than us & had friends modeling in it. 

-I finally was able to facetime my Mom. She is the cutest thing I've ever seen.

-My host dad left these on the kitchen table this morning. 

-I did more exploring around the city. I am growing more & more fond of Moscow every day. 

I'm headed to Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark & Estonia on Friday. So I'm sure I'll have tons of stories next time I write. Till then!

Because it snowed hard today & I'm avoiding going outside by watching youtube videos & drinking tea.

Lazy Confessions.

The last two weeks have been crazy chill & I'm grateful for that. Here's what I have to show for it via Iphone pics..

SHAKE SHACK. I've been twice & both times have been unreal. I fear we are addicted.

I've spent so much time with Syoma lately. I think we've played 101 games of Uno. He's even been trying to help me fix my camera. I love him so much.

Bailey & I went to her family's Dacha. It was really, really nice & such a relaxing weekend. My favorite part was riding this Harley Davidson bicycle & doing headstands on the grass. 

The Babushka's last days out selling flowers. 

Maya loves me. I don't know what I did to make her like me so much but she acts like I am her boyfriend & always snuggles me. Oh & she draws pictures of me on the chalkboard & I always have a super hot body. So yeah, she's one of my favorites.

Since Jordan is a boy & I'm a girl & we talk to each other his level four girls think we love each other. Masha drew this on the board the other day.

I'm obsessed with green tea. I've always liked it but I've really become an addict since my arrival in Russia. I drink at least three cups a day. It's my life source. 

The kiddos have the weirdest things but they are really cute

It finally got cold here. This weekend was FREEZING. I'm so scared for whats to come. I'm such a sissy but really I can only think of one time in my life that I was colder than I was on Saturday. We went to Kolomenskye & it was beautiful. Oh & I forgot to mention that it snowed earlier in the week. Pray for me.
