The Future Freaks Me Out

Oh dear, weird things have been happening to me lately. Just in the last couple of months I have had crazy desires that I have never really had before. Let me break it down for you..I JUST WANT TO GET MARRIED. Well not right now of course. We all know that would be a complete tragedy, but I want to be at that point in my life. It's unfortunate because I'm not very patient at all and I have a fair amount of time until I will be in that position. So that's all fun and games right? It happens to the best of us but now I'm starting to want a baby and truthfully I'm getting a little spooked. Casiotone for the Painfully alone really did say it best when they proclaimed "The less you feel like a child the more you'll want a child." I guess this is growing up. Anyhow a lot of my feelings are associated with the stalking of these two blogs. This one here is my cute friend Maddison's sister in law's and this one is a complete stranger's. Weird? No way, we all do it. The point is they both give me hope and make me so incredibly happy because they are just the cutest of couples. Check them out and you will fall in love. When I do decide to tie the knot I think I will have a bouquet similar to these.

A Monday Smile

The long weekend has done me well. It is as if I got a little snippet of how my summer is going to be and trust me it was good. This morning I painted this picture, last week I discovered this dwelling and last night I took this adorable picture of Jessica. There is so much good coming my way and so much more to come!

Organic Spaceship

Get this, not too long ago I went to preference and danced myself silly. Then I went to an Arcade Fire (featuring Local Natives) concert in Vegas, where I had the time of my life. Everything is top notch! 11 days until another big dance. 29 days until I'm done with school. 35 days until a diploma is in my hand. 88 days until I'm 18. 123 days until I move into my apartment. You had to be present for Sprawl II (Mountains Beyond Mountains) to understand our happiness in these pictures.

Waking Sitting Up Right

Today was subtly phenomenal and this is why..

I started my morning off with one of those good thing no one is watching dance parties in my underwear to Back In Your Head by Tegan and Sara.

Today is my best friend Jessica Boyce's birthday. It's kind of a big deal, she turned 18 AND she is going to a Celine Dion concert. I love her and am stoked to move in with her in four months. That's right, be jealous.

I went to Pizza Factory with Jess & Baye. On the way there we jammed to Michael Jackson with the windows down.

I received my favorite cupcakes in the whole world from that awesome Davis kid.

I found a missing piece of pottery.

I took a two hour nap.

I came across these pictures.

Happy April 7th!

Dramamine

This is a post that I have been putting off for quite some time now because I have known the caliber of the task. A few weeks ago I hoped on a cruise ship and embarked into the beautiful Mexican Riviera. It was the most relaxing week of my whole entire life! Words can't effectively describe how serene the whole experience was. I read the book Into The Wild [which changed my life], I took a fair amount of Dramamine, ate way too much food and pretty much spent the week dancing to the beat of my own drum. Now I will bombard you with pictures to demonstrate other enjoyable aspects of my trip..
This is Lovers Beach, it was pretty.

I was a sucker and gave into nearly every solitary thing that people tried to make money from. Even the glass bottom taxi, I thought it was quality. This gentleman swindled me, which was irritating but funny.Yes this is the glass bottom taxi, very classy. We did all kinds of sensational things like snorkeling, rock climbing, zip lining and repelling. It was cool but Megan's face in this picture is even cooler. This adorable little place called Yelapa won my heart.Meet our tour guide who strangely resembles Usher. I was a fan of this guy, he did cool things. In this picture he is offering to give us a free shot of strong alcohol. Thoughtful right? Lastly the cruise ship was filled with the neatest of things.
